We carefully choose our staff based on their enthusiasm, talent and dedication– many are former campers. Working at camp offers invaluable skill-building, training and enrichment opportunities that can’t be found anywhere else.
When you work at camp, you have the opportunity to:
- Live, play and work in the great outdoors
- Become a young person's hero
- Make new friends from all over the world
- Learn skills you won’t get in a classroom or any other job in the same timeframe, like teamwork, critical thinking and problem-solving, creativity, perseverance and a strong work ethic
Regardless of your career path, camp experiences allow you to learn and develop skills that will benefit you in any future endeavor.
