It's not as easy as it looks, but you can do it! Jump and catch the ball in mid-air.

Zipline*

Ages: 11+

The best way to leave our high ropes course or simply climb up to enjoy this thrill on its own.

Our Council Ring in the woods and Waterfront Amphitheater on the lake feature bench seating for up to 200 people.

Sports

Our sports fields are great for nurturing your competitive and fun sides. Much of the area is surfaced and lighted for night games. All sports equipment is provided upon request. Groups should bring balls to play pick-up games after meals & during breaks.

Archery*

Ages: 6+

Aim for the bull’s eye at our archery range!

Basketball

Ages: All

Play a pick-up game on our hard courts near the sports fields.

Flag Football

Ages: All

We have two large areas to choose from and the flags to play this group favorite.

Football

Ages: All

Play in our one our two large sports field areas.

Gaga Ball

Ages: All

It’s like dodgeball, but the ball stays low, and the game takes place in a pit.

Kickball

Ages: All

Play a game in our softball area or set up wherever you like!

Riflery*

Ages: All

Our designated shooting range, guided by experienced instructors and equipped with precision BB guns, targets and safety gear, provides a controlled, secure setting for this sport. 

Shuffleboard

Ages: All

We have a hard court and the equipment for you to play this fun sport.

Soccer

Ages: All

This is another great option to play on our beautiful sports fields.

Softball

Ages: All

A camp tradition for many, our softball field is a great spot to enjoy a game or two!

Tennis

Ages: All

These courts are lit so that games can be played at night. They can also work for Pickleball.

Volleyball

Ages: All

Our hard courts are lit up and surrounded by trees.

Waterfront

All waterfront activities must be supervised by an adult 18+. Everyone under 18 must wear a personal floatation device (PFD) while swimming. Everyone must wear a PFD regardless of age while jumping off the high dive and boating.^

Canoes*

Ages: All

A classic, these feature seating for two and can usually accommodate at least 1-2 additional campers.

Fishing*

Ages: All

No fishing license is required, as we privately own the lake. Fishing is catch-and-release only.

High Dive* Ω

Ages: All

Jump into our lake from our high dive near the swimming area.

Rowboats*

Ages: All

These are great for fishing or simply crusing around the lake.

Sit-on-Top Kayaks*

Ages: All

This is an excellent option for an individual to explore our lake.

Stand Up Paddleboards* Ω

Stand or sit as you float around!

Swimming* Ω

Ages: All

Docks surround our swimming area so our lifeguards can keep a watchful eye on campers.

Water Trampoline* Ω

Ages: 9+

This is a fun way to jump on or into the water!

* Requires Willson staff supervision. 

Camp staff must provide leadership staff for archery, riflery, most adventure activities and all waterfront activities.

Ω Summer-only activity

^ Waterfront Requirements

  • Summer Camps: Campers must pass a Swim Quest to participate in waterfront-based activities. Campers who finish the quest may use any boat by themselves. Campers who do not complete the Quest may only go in canoes and rowboats if accompanied by someone who finished the Quest.
  • Groups: Children must be accompanied by an adult in and around the water.
