YMCA Camp Willson Catering recently catered the Mary Rutan Hospital Physician and Board Holiday Celebration.  The food was delicious and the service was exceptional.  The Willson staff made planning easy.   They work with representatives from our venue, Bella Vino, to assure that every detail and request were met and done so perfectly.  I highly recommend YMCA Camp Willson Catering and will continue to use them for future events, both professionally and personally.

Thank you so much for all of your help, Kelly! Please let everyone know that I heard nothing but praise and positive comments coming from behind me where the food was. Everything was delicious! You all did a great job! J One of our executives said he hopes to be doing this again very soon.

Nancy and I both turn 70 this year, Nancy on February 19 and me on July 9. We decided to have a combined party for each other on a date that was somewhere in between those two dates. We chose Saturday, May 5 as that was past a date when most of our "snowbird" friends would have returned and before the heat and humidity of summer would have set in. Our daughter suggested the Fion Wine Room as the venue, and that indeed seemed like the perfect spot for such a gathering.

Knowing that the space there would accommodate up to 50 people, we developed a list of 45 guests, and then went about the business of selecting someone to cater the event., We had heard good things about the Whitmore House of Bellefontaine, and started the process to contact them and develop a menu that would be appropriate for the season and for the guests invited. Early in this process, we discovered that the operations of Whitmore House had transitioned to YMCA Camp Willson Catering. We worked with Kelly Cronkleton to develop a full menu from appetizers and salads to cheese and fruit trays to main entrees to desserts and coffee. Kelly was a delight to work with, intently listening to our needs and requests, while adding suggestions from her wealth of knowledge as an experienced caterer.

The planning and execution of those plans came off without a hitch. We developed the menu for the party, had a preliminary tasting of the items chosen and waited for May 5. That evening Kelly's staff of servers and assistants had everything under control. With only one hour from the conclusion of a previous event, they arrived early and had everything ready and waiting when our first guests arrived. They worked diligently through the meal until the last desserts and coffees were served. Leftovers were packaged and made available for us to take home or distribute to guests as fitting.

We could not be happier with the service, the quality of all of the food, the pricing offered and the professional attitude and presentation by Kelly and all of her staff affiliated with our 70th birthday party It made our special event even more special. We would not hesitate to use YMCA Camp Willson Catering for any future event of this nature in the future. We would also not hesitate to recommend YMCA Camp Willson Catering to any of our family and friends or the public in general.
